This goal is achieved by the fact that in the device containing a filling device, a chamber with a model located in it, containing slotted nozzles connected to a vacuum source, and also an extrusion device (punch) placed above the model, a sealing DEVICE is placed in the chamber. connected through a pipeline with a vacuum source. In addition, the pipeline is connected with slotted openings on the underside of the sealing device. On model 4 and block 12, suction nozzles 18 are placed, which are connected by means of channels 19 made in the body of model 4 with suction chamber 20. Chamber 20 is connected by a channel 21 to a suction pipe 22, which can be connected alternately by means of a valve 23 to the atmosphere or by means of a filtering device 24 to a volumetric vacuum chamber 25, where the pump 26 maintains the necessary pressure. In front of or behind the filter device 24, a valve device 27 can be installed feiTb, connected by a pipe 28 to the pump 29. The suction nozzles 18 installed on the pressing block 12 are connected through the vacuum chamber 29 and the channels 30 passing through the pressing cylinder 11 and the connecting pipe 31 to the vacuum system. The suction nozzles 18 are made in the form of a cylinder 32 with a bottom with conical slits 33 and protrusions 34 facing side 35 to the sand mixture 7. The device works as follows. Flask 6 is installed on the model plate 3 located on the press table 2, and a filling frame 8 is placed on it, After that, they are filled with a mixture 7. The flask 6, the filling frame 8 and the frame 9 are joined, forming a sealed chamber 17, which is evacuated and at the same time the mixture 7 is compacted in the flask 6. Thus, the chamber during the whole sealing process remains under low pressure. The proposed device provides improved-quality forms due to the fact that a very rapid shock-like formation of vacuum in chamber 17 is achieved. Pressing an element can quickly condense the mass, since it is located in the chamber itself and it does not need to overcome the resistance of the air in the sand mass as it moves. By this a uniform compaction of the sand mixture is achieved.
